Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Ottawa, ON so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require 48 hours notice, otherwise you could be charged a cancellation fee.

Dental Emergencies
If a patient is uncomfortable, this is our immediate concern. We do allow time daily for emergencies. If an emergency should arise, we appreciate a call as early in the day as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept cheques, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Billing Procedures / Payment Plans
We submit electronically to insurance companies. Pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, or American Express. In house financing is also available through Dento Plan.

Appointment Scheduling Details

• Initial visit includes complete examination, periodontal probing, oral cancer screening, TMJ and occlusion assessment, and xrays.
• Emergencies welcome and in same day or next day
• New patients always welcomed
• Require 48 hours notice to change appointment.
